Triple charged for 3000 crowns

Opened a ticket, no response but I was charged 3 times (3 separate transactions on my bank statement) for 1 lot of 3000 crowns.

I’m worried about contacting my bank to dispute because game companies are notorious for banning people for charge backs so how do I go about sorting this the right way?

    @Poss if purchased through Xbox, you will want to reach out to them for assistance. However, if your purchase has been made through Bethesda/Elder Scrolls Online, you will want to submit a ticket through our form as soon as possible for further review.

    I got it sorted, Microsoft double charged me to test I had the funds in my account and then refunded it back when it cleared. Apparently that’s standard practice 🤷🏼‍♂️
