Randomly teleported out of Arc 4 Tho'at fight and remaining threads severed instantly

Tonight a buddy and I were doing Endless Archive both on Sorcerers when during the Tho'at fight the manticore had just died, and we were engaging with the dragon and suddenly got a black inky screen transition and we were both just outside in the lobby with our run completely ended.

Not even sure what happened but this should never be a thing for anyone else, we wasted a really long time trying to get my friend that achievement and it just *poofed* out of existence on us with no explanation.

Weird side note: the other sorcerer was getting Nightblade Warden and Sorc sets throughout the run..

(had a black screen and got teleported up to the start of our current run -not sure if it's related but it gave us one hellva fright)

I had a simular experience in Arc 4 , was just walking towards the next wave and i was pulled down and move to the beginning and the run ended and i did not die.

Had the same in Arc 3 with some random thrash stage. From what I heard from people randomly you can cause mobs dropping aggro, causing game to think you are dead without revives, similar like bosses resetting in dungeons.

I've seen this happen with Marauders and trash mobs if they are having difficulty getting to you through obstacles & terrain but in the case with Arc 4 Tho'at we were literally with melee range of the dragon beating on it when it just up and tp'd both of us to the lobby.
