Endless Archive Leaderboard not showing score

Twice now I've achieved a high score in the Endless Archive, once in Arc 6 and once in Arc 7 for the duo run. The first one, my score appeared for a day, but was gone today. My partner's score still exists. Today with a new higher score, my partners score was recorded and appears, but again mine does not. I've seen this happen to other friends as well, one score recorded, one not. This is a real disappointment when a big reason of spending so much time to get that far into the archive, is negated. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin please let me know if this is a known issue and if it will be resolved, I am unlikely to play more knowing my score is not being saved.

Krymsyn_Panda✭✭✭Now that I've looked at it again, I can see you are just deleting arcanists form the leaderboard. I once again suggest that this is bad communication, which you have asked repeatedly how to do better. I run into bugs repeatedly and no one acknowledges it is' know, all I ask for. I still do not have a leaderboard score and how to problem solve as to why I don't. I will not play any more arcanists, thanks' to my own problem solving.0
