I don't have a "NUM 8"

My keyboard doesn't have a number pad.
When I see blocks of text which must be scrolled through to read fully, the game gives me the option to scroll up or down using "NUM 8" and "NUM 2", but I don't have those keys.
The number 8/* and number 2/@ keys at the top also don't work.
I read that "DELETE" and "END" function as "NUM 8" and "NUM 2", but those don't work either.
No keys work when trying to scroll through text in-game. Neither do any of the buttons or the wheel of my mouse.
The key bind settings also don't seem to allow for binding alternative keys for scrolling through text.
So what do I do? Besides get another keyboard.

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, you have accessibility mode on. I found the keybind. It's about halfway down under user interface shortcuts > gamepad > right stick up/down.
