PC NA Cheesemonger's Critical Error - Character Stuck Now

On PC NA I entered Cheesemonger in Blackreach campaign. Loading into this zone resulted in a CTD with Critical Error (unknown) report box with the following text: Pending data load error (7755651 - c000000000cac79)
Now this character is locked since attempts to reload and load this character result in the same CTD and error report. Closing the error report closes ESO.

Yes, other characters that were not in Cheesemonger loaded fine.
To update, the effected character is out of Cheesemonger and in Cyrodiil upon loading the game just now. I am not going to text cheesemonger to see if the issue persists, but you may want to pass along to whomever checks into possible issues like the one given by the error message. Thanks!0 -
