Mythic items lose their effect in the Endless Archive?

I don't know if this has been discussed here before, but I noticed yesterday, rather by chance, that Oakensoul no longer had any effects. I found some info on Reddit that this can happen after the transformation into the goat. Has anyone else noticed this?

3. Visions lose their affect at some point aswell
