It's fixable by re-equipping the item. I'm not sure if it applies to other items or just Oakensoul.

Lord_Imrhial✭✭✭I literally just had this happen, I even noticed my resistances went down a ton (which indicated oakensoul probably fell off). So after this I took off my oakensoul ring and put it back on and my buffs all returned properly.0 -
