Invite to Trade - Trade Failed

Anyone seen an issue with trading items after or during a dungeon run? Tried to pass on sharable items to others but cannot trade as the response is Trade Failed. It is not Trade declined.
PS tried a random player and got the same result - Trade Failed (not that they could have been given the same items clearly!)
