Can anyone confirm Tho’at’s voice actor? Sounded like Debra Wilson to me but I didn’t find any confirmation with a search. Just curious and I think Debra is top notch.

Not sure, but the voice reminded me of Zeira, the Thieves Guild guildmaster.1 -
Psychpsych13✭✭I’m pretty sure it’s Debra Wilson too. I recognize her voice everywhere. She’s also Velsa, Tharayya, Savathun in Destiny 2, and some memorable characters from MadTV back in the early 2000sPS4 NA
