"Witches Festival, Plunder Skulls" furnishing missing

The achievement furnishing "Witches Festival, Plunder Skulls" is missing from the holiday achievement vendors in all three capital cities. I do have the "Plunder Skull Fanatic" achievement so it should be there. Please fix.

SeaWoodStage✭✭✭Bumping thread. I have that achievement and can confirm the item is not showing at the Achievement Vendors for me, either, which sucks as I was about to buy one today. I'm on Xbox EU.0
