Alik'r dolmen antiquity: why?

I got it in Volenfell yesterday, too. I don't do Alik'r dolmen so I know mine didn't come from there. I think it is likely zone specific rather than activity specific.
That was my thought too. I knew it was either a WB (Lost Caravan) that I had done for the event box or the dungeon but was sure it wasn't a dolmen.

And yes its an trick, if you scry an gold void crystal lead you can have an level 6 alt dig it up.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

it's a part of update 40.
we get update 40 on playstation and xbox on November 14.
