Is there a Cooldown on getting Crowborne Hunter Style Page?

I was debating on only opening my Gold Plunder Skulls until i get a Crowborne Hunter outfit Style Page per day and saving the rest for the following day etc etc and only opening all the purple every day. I was only going to do that if there was a daily cooldown on the Crowborne Outfit. Does anyone know?

I got 0 in 8 gold boxes today. But one netch fragment.

Often, the cooldown drops have a reasonable droprate in exchange for dropping only once daily. Since these only come from gold boxes, of which you can only get 8 (I think) per day, I would guess that they might not.

Best we can do is ask guildmates if anyone's gotten more than 2 pages on the second day of the event. Or two netch fragments.

I might save mine anyway just in case, unless there's something I'm in a rush to get.

Thanks! Yeah, i usually save my gold boxes and Open once a day even after event ends and get way more stuff doing it that way.

Out of 21 gold plunder skulls across 3 accounts, I got zero style pages, they also got a lot of purple Plunder Skulls and there was none in there. So unless they are exclusively in the Arena plunder Skulls I doubt I will have much luck getting any. I will manage to do an Arena tomorrow, see if my luck changes.

There is usually a cool down period on the new style pages from the event rewards, so if you are lucky enough to get one I would wait to open more till the next day.

So far I suspect that you can only get one new collectible item per day, i.e. either netch fragment OR style page OR memento.
Either that, or I am very unlucky.

I opened 2 Gold Plunder Skulls and received a Crowborne Hunter Shoes Style Page. So i was scared to open anymore if there was a cool down lol. I want to save them each day if there was a cooldown and just stretch out the event to get as many as possible. Thanks for reply!

I got 2 mementos on first day, so this one don't have a cooldown. Also had Crowborne Hunter Hat same day, so if there is cooldown, it's not shared with other rewards.

I also got one new memento and a Crowborne Hunter item today.
But I think the cooldown is just on the new style not the old stuff or other stuff

So, I was in fact very very unlucky.
I got my first style page on 26th golden skull... that's across two accounts, 8 + 6 on day one, no page, day two 6 + 6, first page with last skull I had... 5 new collectibles total (2 fragments, 2 mementoes, 1 page).

These drops rates would be fine if boxes that drop them were unlimited, but we have limited number of golden skulls...

I've maxed out the gold plunder skulls yesterday and today, and opened 100+ purple plunder skulls and have yet to get a single style page or scrap for the new pet. ESO events continue to underwhelm.

i opened at least 5 gold skulls on my main acct and 1 gold skull on my 2nd acct

at least 1 of those gold skulls gave me a useless glenmoril wyrd map, not netch scraps yet

i do like the new furnishings that you can get from the purple skulls though, its a little more variety than before

the new drops seem to be too low, and old drops like the glenmoril wyrd stuff should have been removed like 2 years ago lol

Did they change the way these drop? Used to be that you only got the old pages after you got a new one.

The purple boxes don't give the Crowborne pages or the netch fragments. Cooldown or not, the droprate seems particularly low

Netch fragments definitely do drop from purple plunder skulls. I got one tonight. As such they are farmable and price should go down alot by the end of the event. Have only gotten one crowbourne style page so far.

No fragments yet and have done tons of Plunder Skulls yet I have gotten 2 Crowborne Style pages in 2 days from Gold Skulls. Shoes Yesterday and Jerkin today!

No new style page yesterday over 2 accounts, all gold skulls earned, today 1 style new style page on 1 account, zero on 2nd account, no netch parts at all!!

The drop rate is AWFUL!!

No new style page for three days in a row now(5/8 every day)... droprate is absolutely terrible. Makes me feel like I am wasting my time with this event.

A limited time available style which can only drop during an event, should actually drop during that event! And it should drop often enough so that participating in an event can get you all the new style pages.

Events that feel bad, are not going to keep players playing. Nor is that good advertising for coming events.

PS: Should force a 100% new style droprate through the crow's yellow skull. As doing that quest means players did participate in the event, gathering feathers and killing the crow.

Edit: Shouldn't this thread be in the event section?

So, 7 accounts, minimum of 3 gold plunder skulls on each account per day. That's over 42 gold boxes and 0 Crowborne style pages. Not including Crow daily boxes in the count (sometimes I do it, sometimes I don't).

Saturday Update: Today it was 4 on each account. 70 boxes (3 day total) - 0 Crowborne styles.
Sunday Update: Did 5 boxes on each account. Got 5 today. 105 boxes (4 day total) - 5 Crowborne styles

This is definitely a big part of the problem. I'm getting the old pages that I collected in past years and none of the new pages for this year. If that's the way that ZOS intends drops to work then we might as well skip the event and just wait until next year when this year's drops get relegated to the priority drops...

I too have had abysmal luck with the new style pages. Minimum 12 gold skulls on 2 accounts per day since event start. 2 pages and 0 netch fragments.

I remember the days when Witches Festival was my favorite event. I happily ground out boss kills for skulls. This year's event version is the worst in ESO history's (beta player here).

Really disappointed with the lack of ACTUAL rewards.

I’ve gotten at least five gold plunder skulls every day of the event so far and I’ve only gotten one new style page. Remember those wonderful days when style pages dropped like rain and people were complaining they dropped too much? Ahhh, those were the days….

Fragments are listing for 100K and up on Xbox/NA because they're dropping so sparingly. Good thing we can buy Event Tickets in the Crown Store to purchase event items that have a ridiculously low drop rate!!! Yay!

out of about 30 gold boxes or so ive only gotten 1 crowborne style page and 3 possessed shreds

a majority of my gold skulls have given be the utter garbage that is glenmoril wyrd treasure maps (of which i have straight deleted because i am not going to use them lol)

i even had 1 day that out of 5 gold skulls, 3 of them had glenmoril maps

this set should have been removed from the skulls a year ago

Given that I've received just 1 new style page, there's no way that I could have tested to see if more than 1 page can drop per day, so thank you for that.
