Save Recent Gameplay = NO SOUND

What the title says, I have no sound when I save recent gameplay... How do I fix this? I have triple checked my settings and CAN hear sound/voices when recording other games. I'm on PS5.

Deleting the local save data on your PS may help with this audio issue.
To delete save data on the PlayStation:- From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings.
- Go to Application Saved Data.
- In Application Saved Data, select The Elder Scrolls Online
- Press the [Options] button of the controller on the ESO Save Data.
- Select Delete.
