No preview of crown store items or at event merchants?

I can't preview the items in crown store (Hollowjack Indrik and other stuff) or even the items at the event merchants in Craglorn. Does anyone else have this issue?

✭Found the reason I couldn't do it.
Skeletal polymorph from the cauldron, it blocks previews of blueprints and equipment. Took it off and I could preview fine, then I put it back on to test and it was broken again.Antiquities Addict1 -

Oh yeah, I forgot that this was a thing that's happened in previous years too. The polymorph messes with the things.0 -
