I can't log in to PC/NA, PC/EU or PC/PTS. Everything was fine before the update. I've been trying for 24 hours but it keeps saying "Connetion to server timed out. Please try again later." I've done all the things the agent suggested - flush dns, reboot, etc. - didn't work for me at all. I've tried to launch via steam, original launcher or different computer, but no luck. And the "ACCESS CODE" never arrived. Is there anything wrong with my account? I can log in with a brand new account, so it's not a network issue. Here is my ticket number: 231012-000222. Thanks!
