i don't know what the best one is.

but healers use more than one five piece set.
like jorvuld's guidance with roaring opportunist is a good combination.
spell power cure, powerful assault, pillager's profit, olorime, hollowfang thirst are all also good sets.
    miaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

I think the best bang for your buck is still SPC (spell power cure). Great for damage dealers and healer alike, and adds value to overhealing (which currently does absolutely nothing). It also comes from a (relatively) easy dungeon, has a named unique lightning staff, and is useful in any size content including pve and pvp.

Might not be the absolute single best set, but I'd be hard pressed to say it's ever a "bad" choice if you're healing.

I'd say SPC too. SPC is basically always a must-have. Trials have it, dungeons have it. The other sets can be swapped around but SPC is always there.

Interesting. So SPC is still powerful gear.
But I'm considering to replace my SPC with some Trial gear.

According to replying, damage buff is still more important than healing?

The only sets you should ever give up for more healing power in PvE are your monster set (troll king or ozezan) or your DSA restro (brp restro, very niche use). You'll get enough healing power without sacrificing 5pc sets. There is such a thing as too much healing (wasting time extremely overhealing people instead of buffing/debuffing). If we're talking dungeons then people will pair SPC with powerful assault, master architect, or pillagers usually. Trials almost always pillagers. Non-SPC healer in the trial uses jorvuld + roaring except in asylum sanctorium.

    Hollowfang isn't used any more.

Currently for Trials it is most often SPC + Pillagers on one healer and Roaring Opportunist and Jourvulds on the other healer
In a few situations one healer might run Olorimes (same buff as SPC) + Pillagers.
For dungeons I'd run SPC and Master Architect (from Halls of Fabrication trial). Or SPC + Powerful Assault, if the tank isn't running it.

    [Trial] Healing focus
    Twilight Remedy Set
    https://eso-sets.com/set/twilight-remedy

I've never seen Twilight Remedy being used in endgame. Its 5-piece bonus is wasted on a healer, since there are more than enough ways for DDs to keep up Minor Force on their own. It also doesn't provide any healing buff except indirectly through the weapon/spell damage line, plus the heal linked to a synergy isn't reliable. I would stick with the sets others already recommended (SPC + Pillagers/PA/MA, Roaring + Jorvulds, ...).

yeah it used to be used a long time ago, back when the trial was first out i believe lol

but nowadays theres so many ways to get minor force on your own it doesnt really help out (trap, race against time, velothi mythic and oakensoul mythic both give permanently active minor force, etc)
