Does anyone know if the Ragpicker has ever been on sale? I want to get her to complete my NPC utility collection, but I'd prefer to wait until she was on sale, like how I got Ezabi.
Also, why do we have multiple merchants and bankers, but only one Ragpicker? I'd like the ability to choose...
