Statue, Ascendant Lord storage/availability bug

Hi, I opened a ticket for this issue in this game and checked my ticket status on the website to find it had been inappropriately marked as feedback and subsequently closed.

I earned the Ascendant Lord Statue during the Heroes of High Isle event. I placed it around my Alinor Townhouse recently, and I'm now having a pretty big problem with the item. It's retrievable, it can be stored, and is placeable, but only within the Alinor Townhouse and nowhere else. It doesn't drop into inventory when my UI indicates it should be there, and it cannot be searched, retrieved, or placed in any other house while stored. According to the furnishings UI, the item simply doesn't exist while in any house except my Alinor Townhouse. Can you help?

it cannot be searched in your inventory as it is a collectible.

but it is strange that you cannot retrieve or place it in other homes.

it is available to place in all my houses unless i have already placed it there.

i tested placing and retrieving this statue in psijic villa, doomchar plateau and alinor townhouse and it functioned normally. i was also able to search for it in my housing ui for placement and retrieval. have you tried turning off all your addons and seeing if that helps? good luck with customer support, i think you're supposed to keep responding to tickets asap until you get an employee that understands the issue, perhaps try opening another one.

If OP filed a /bug ticket, though, repeating that will result in it being immediately closed again. (Bug/feedback tickets get automatically closed and don’t get responses.) It must be a /help ticket, and then yes, it requires the player to respond within 4 days of ZOS answering to keep the ticket open.

As LunaFlora said, it will never show up in your inventory. You can find it in your collections menu. The addon you reference can be buggy, speaking from experience. Did you check in Pantherfang in the retrieve menu to make sure it isn't already placed there? Since it's a collectible, you can place it in every house at once.
