Use an toned down skin who just cover part of your body, did that and it works perfectly on an Khajiit.

See you said no skin, but stuff like this is the best option. And I say even better looking on non Khajiit.
For me it was getting rid of the washed out and creepy look, because of gear little shows anyway, just tail an forhead and its tasteful so it work.Use an toned down skin who just cover part of your body, did that and it works perfectly on an Khajiit.

I thought about using it but my reason for hiding vampirism is RP purposes, so if there’s any parts of the skin visible it doesn’t work because it doesn’t fit the character and is added/removed.

Before anyone comes saying that there are some skins that hide it, I don't want to use any skin, I want the clean mortal look.

I hope this option would not be considered, or even a skin to hide vampirism for that matter. I can’t recall any vampire npcs that look normal. You can’t take the benefits and make the downsides go away.
Shouldn’t players be able to tell you are a vampire before engaging in PvP, so they have an idea of your abilities?
So basically, you want to have all the benefits of being a vampire without being a vampire?
What percentage of PvPers are actually vampires?

Looking like a vampire is part of the experience, I wouldn't want that. What they should do instead is nerf Undeath and make every other skill relevant. The vampire experience is lacking in general, you don't often get to feel like one. @ZOS_Kevin It's been so many years since Greymoor, could we please get a revamp? Pun intended. Werewolves are mostly fine, performance aside, you get to feel like one at least. Feeding system for vampires could be better, so you need to stalk people in the cities and drink more often, or something. Nerfing Undeath could be a nice solution for those forced to be one in PvP.I know it's an extremely difficult to balance thing, I feel for the devs.
