Has happened to me twice in just two hours...

I say faulty drivers or more likely system overheating. Check your fans and heat sinks is my first tips.
Note later would also get other games with similar or higher load to crash the system.

I haven't had a bluescreen, but nVidia drivers from spring, that I used, were not stable. They caused ESO to almost always hang on exit, sometimes there were severe slowdowns after task switching to the desktop / browser / Discord, and there were one or two complete hangs and one mysterious reboot. I am now on the nVidia studio drivers 536.99 and the problems have gone away.

I have been playing the game and it would go to my desktop for no reason, at first I thought it was ESO but it happened on another game. There is probably something to do with Windows but I don`t know. I have the Windows 10 1909 build, I really don`t want to upgrade do to all the background processes that the latest build has going.
