He & I have been traveling together for awhile now and I still don't know where his hatred of mudcrabs comes from! What happened in his youth that has manifested into such a hatred of these crustaceans??

✭✭Maybe a shellfish allergy? I don't get him, one minute he's yelling he's a scholar, then getting all excited about killing something or shouting to cut its claws off, then asks for a cup of tea.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

I agree it's definitely a pain! Plus I find his voice and personality annoying.

I managed to get both companion quests done in about 30 minutes per character once I started running past all adds and only fighting what I actually needed to. Depending on my character and the enemy, letting myself die and moving on while respawning was sometimes quicker.Australian on PS4 NA server.

✭✭Alexander Crybabies is whiny but at least he has some character. Like someone had actually written him. I find him far more tolerable than the earlier bunch which are so samey in their comments.1 -

didn't during one of frayed fates chase he reveal, that he nearly died to dreugh at the beginning of his journey? I suppose that could make one hate everything that anyhow resembles dreugh (and there is some similarity between dreugh and crabs....)3 -

✭He pretty much comes across to me as Marvel's Dr Strange wrapped in 'old man funny' jokes. Whippersnappers get off my lawn type thing. Whedonesque/millenial writing again . I roleplay that my character waves him goodbye and good luck with whatever it is he does at the end of his questline.
