i am having a pita time trying to make sure my light attacks hit when using daggers with these fights. i am close enough but unless i make it so the camera is on the floor basically it appears to not do the light attack. its enough to make me say to hell with melee dps. because we have to stack i can't even see my character which is just stupid mechs. when i do see it i will see the animation not working for light attacks.

✭✭✭Melee range is 7 meters. For reference, the edge of Grothdarr's ring and Zaan's beam is 8 meters max from you.
vHOF's hit box has always been a pain. vDSR's hitbox is big enough that you can melee from the middle of the sand ring. As for stacking and seeing your attacks, I agree. But if you get a good rhythm or rotation going you can rely on it instead1
