No map @ Brass Fortress wayshrine

Unusual one this...
Couldn't use Brass Fortress wayshrine as there was no map. It was just a blank space the background colour of the map.
Could fast travel, just using the map. Also ran to the wayshrine outside, across the bridge. Forgotten the name of that one.
I logged out and back in. Same issue.
Did a dungeon and back to Brass Fortress, same issue.
