Switching from PS4 Disc edition to PS5.

I currently run ESO from Disc on PS4 and am looking at getting a PS5.
The first question I have is, can I download a digital version of ESO without buying another game, or will I have to run it from the disc I have on the PS5?
The second question is, will playing on the PS5 reduce load screen times, either on a digital version of the game or the disc version?
I don't expect it will fix the lag or too frequent disconnects, but even a reduction in load screens, especially for character login and logout (both anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds), would be a huge move forward.
