[Frost Bomb Bug] 'Far less likely' is not enough

Soon after the V9.1.7 update was completed, my trial team and I tested the state of Frost Bomb in SEHM on the live server. Tanks are still frequently targeted by Frost Bomb, and the resulting mess hasn't improved much.
Is the change in V9.1.7 a temporary solution, and there still a plan to fix the Frost Bomb issue completely afterwards? or has the dev decided to normalize the Frost Bomb's targeting tank? offbymyself✭✭✭100% agree. This 'fix' simply shows ZOS's laziness. This is an issue that affects the core mechanics of the boss fight and it's not being properly fixed. Also, there's no mention of the tanks getting the sunburst mechanic on Ansuul either. When will this be fixed?Edited by offbymyself on September 18, 2023 6:23PM1 -

Why are they ok with their game being so broken with all these bugs?

MuMuQ✭✭✭Today's "bugfix" / change about the frost bombs did not really change anything other than creating more ambiguity about the way the mechanic is supposed to work. If this change was intended this way, it just transformed a skill based mechanic into pure RNG...

It was the same as yesterday. Literally no change. The mechanic is fubar. There's no reason to have people kite the frostbomb because one always goes on mt and one is completely random now. Nor was the bug with mundus boons and cupious amounts of other buffs fixed. 13% uptime on the mundus for DDs. It's like there wasn't any bugfix at all today0 -
offbymyself✭✭✭Even when things are exposed by notable end gamers, ZOS can't manage to fix things. Makes me wonder if they CAN fix their own game at this point or we're just looking at a perpetual state of brokenness.

iDeadly_CTSV✭✭Can confirm that our tank specifically the one holding the main boss got tomb EVERY single pull. You seem to be able to force it to the closest person for the most part until double tombs happen. Once double tombs happen our tank that was holding main boss would get it at least once every pull, if not 2 or 3 times. Just change it how it was where its the closest people.2
