Random furnishings appeared in inventory overnight

Hi,
So I logged in this morning and apparently some furnishings got added to my inventory overnight. I have no idea where they came from. I do believe I've both dug up and bought these before from the Golden Furnisher in Coldharbour and they are in quantities I would be likely to buy them in, however I always store my furnishings in one of my homes. Where I would have stored the same furniture? I have no idea. I have too many houses to go check them all. Is this a bug? Did one of my houses get emptied out? The bounty sheet I already had in my inventory btw.

Golden Furnisher (all unbound):
- Canopy, Netted x4
- Harbor Floats x15
- Mooring Line, Tidy x10
- Platform, Floating Dock x5
- Redguard Window, Iron Lattice x10
Antiquities:
- Ruby Dragon Skull (bound) x1
- Sacred Chalice of Ysgramor (bound) x1
