NB Assassin - Haste affect Bow fixed?

As the title says, I have not yet get this skill but I heard lots of people tested that it currently does not affect bow. Has the skill got fix?

Chelo✭✭✭✭✭Its not the skill, its Bows... I have +% atk speed from Medium Armor Passive and it doesnt work with bows either. The issue isnt the skills, bows are what are bug, not the skills...
They need to fix the bows in the upcoming patches...0
