Leveling gear set recommendations stam bow NB

Title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for recommendations for gear sets to craft for my stam bow using NB. I will have a full set of Heartland Conq but curious as to which other set/sets to use for the other 7 slots or gear. I've got a 7 trait in everything (some I have 8 traits but not not for most pieces) so I can craft 7 trait requirements or lower. Obviously I'll be using the training trait on gear but want to know what combination of sets would be useful for the 7 armor slots. Thanks in advance for any advice & suggestions!

Heartland + adept rider for speed,- twice born for 2 mundus stats that do not reduce in value as you lvl.

Sadly twice born is 9 trait and I'm only at 7 with some that are 8 which requires 5 pieces to get the double mundus stone effect.

The last time I levelled a character, I took Heartland Conqueror (body) and Order's Wrath (Jewelry+Head+Shoulders). For the weapons I took sets that have aeapon damage for the frontbar as 2 piece line and recovery for the infused backbar.
The additional crit chance and the buffed backbar glyph (556 WD, I believe) made for a truly impressive result.
It was enough to SOLO most base game dungs, when they became availlable.
The others were easily done with dungeon finder.

However, I played the "slow levelling" game, where I focused on getting as many ability points as possible. So I didn't need to be as powerful as possible, so that I can take down as many enemies as possible in a short time, like giant add pulls, that I have to burn down or die.
Surprisingly, it didnt take as long as I feared to get to lvl50. I think it took five days of relaxed two hour per day sessions, in which I completed three base game zones at a time.

If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

the last few times ive made new characters, i dont craft any gear for them

i run public dungeons using randomly dropped items until lvl 10, then i run in IC from 10 to 50, again using randomly dropped items as i lvl

it makes no sense to me to craft low lvl gear because you outlevel it so dang fast

Order's Wrath + Hundlings or NMG. Not a fan of Heartland. Also, make sure to wear at least one piece of light, heavy, medium to level those as well. Prefer light head, heavy chest, medium everything else.

As for leveling, I use XP scrolls, prefer to run the main quest, the random normal daily, and the base group dungeons for both XP and skill points, as well as exploration & skyshards. I also swap out the Level 1 gear at Level 30 to up the damage before I can get back to the CP160 gear after Level 50. Doesn't take very long to get a bunch of both
