✭While I very much appreciate that ZOS is occasionally putting crates in as part of their daily rewards, opening them is, primarily for me, a reminder that I'm not missing out on anything by not buying crown crates. The drop rates for anything decent is just way, way too low to justify spending real money on crates.
Same. Six crates across 3 family accounts, nothing but gems, and only a very few number of gems at that.4 -

liliub17_ESO✭✭✭✭Two accounts, four crates - "best" thing was a dye pot I already had (a black/white variant). One box had a face design, another had a body design - both of which were already on my account so received 5 gems each instead, and a pauldron motif I'll never use (too similar to others which I'll probably also never use). Otherwise, it was gem fodder.
I realize these were "free", but I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in a crate unless it was the bonus Undaunted crates this week from Bolgrul which contain only a single repair kit.1 -

FayJolyn✭✭✭✭I got a matching set of Eye of Shalidor head and body markings and some gems. I think the head marking is alright It looks like you have a third eye. Good enough for a freebie crate. At least I didn't get any doubles. ✭✭✭The most memorable thing I got was a scroll that would finish all crafting (I think) for seven days or less. It converted into 33 gems! And the Akaviri cuirass, and something that gave a few more gems. Very happy with this daily reward! 😊3 -
