Trial enemies don't move [Sunspire]

Hello, i'm player from a brazilian raid group called Million, we've been in Sunspire for almost 9 months now lol 
. In the last patch and the current one, my group and I witnessed problems with Sunspire's enemies, they're not moving properly or moving at all. It's really anoying and it's ruining our progression. It was already bad last patch but it's way worse now. This will happen every run. I can't remember a single run that everything went as it should. Some friends told me that it's also happening in other trials.

SaintJohnHM✭✭✭✭✭It's not just sunspire, many enemies in dungeons and trials haven't aggro'd the past few patches, we've reported the issue many times, but they haven't even acknowledged the problem yet.
We hoped U39 (the "bug fix patch") would clean up many of these bugs, but it just seemed to introduce new bugs.- Casual Roleplaying PVE player PC/NA

- I've completed all the dungeon trifectas. Swashbuckler Supreme, Godslayer, Gryphon Heart, Immortal Redeemer, Tick Tock Tormentor, Dawnbringer, and I'm looking for nice folks to complete more trial achieves with.
