Please let us talk to and donate to beggars. They already have voice lines, I can hear them wailing. I feel bad running by them amd offering them nothing. Let us be charitable. Thank you.

i dont see anything wrong with being able to talk to any of the normal npc beggers (that are not related to the ones for the achievements for donations/begging already)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

there is one at the entrance of morkul stronghold in wrothgar. he's really close to the wall so it is tricky to use the blade of woe on him.
and there is one when you first enter gnisis in vvardenfell --- also close to the wall so its tricky to kill him

Well, they aren't exactly beggars and they aren't after soulgems, but in Kragenmoor you can find 2 npc trying to buy the souls of the slaves around there. Creepy guys...Never get between a cat and it's candy!

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.3 -

Belkarth in Craglon has some, they ask for money but you can not give any. Who is stupid.
On the other hand if they did ZoS should keep track of donation and list the yearly income of the beggars after one year

i think there are beggars in non-dlc zones that count towards an achievement, and give you a small buff when you donate to them
there are also npcs in wrothgar which also function like this, i think 1 of them is for an achievement, and 2 of them are priests of malacath/trinimac and i think you can also donate to them for a short buff
i dont think this is the first thread ive seen asking for something like this though lolplays PC/NA

✭✭✭✭✭I feel bad when I kill beggars and the only thing I find on their corpse is a morsel of bread furnishing. But when I find that purple blueprint in their pocket that's worth hundreds of thousands, I know I'm doing the lord's work.

It’s an achievement called “Give to the poor.” UESP has a page about it.
It’s like the Lightbringer and Crome Pays achievements.

✭There are a few that I can think of scattered throughout the game that are sort of beggars. But you have to go up to them to start the conversation. Once in the conversation you are given the option to donate gold to them or tell them to you know what. LOL.
I've done all the options to see their responses. But to your point, yes, I think we should be able to interact with them and choose whether to give them gold, food, etc. or not.0 -
