Why sweaty? It's not timed, not rushed at all. You can farm the stuff to get the gear as sweaty or un-sweaty as you like. Ofc there will be some faster than others, but...that's just the way these games work I guess.
And as far as I understood, the drops are curated for the class you play. So wardens will get class sets for warden and so forth.3 -

That was my understanding as well.
The endless archive also drops a unique currency, which afaik you can use to buy a curated piece of armor for any class from a special vendor.4 -

✭✭✭✭✭There's nothing there that really appeals to me, to be honest.
I'd hoped that the Endless Archive was going to be a dungeon that you could progress through with random generated rooms that went on.... endlessly. While they got the need for it to be solo or duo, and I'd have had no problem with a group option as well, it just comes across as another arena with waves that increase in difficulty to the point where you can't survive any more - which doesn't really make it endless in any meaningful sense. If there's reliance on it for certain gear, sets, furnishings, scrying leads and yet another currency then I'm increasingly put off it.
I like the fact that jewelry crafting is currently different to the other crafting professions. I don't see the need for everything to be the same, for some that may be a QoL improvement, while for others it leads to trivialisation. I don't see anything worthwhile in this change.
Group Finder and Grand Master Crafting Stations are both irrelevant to my playstyle, but if others want them then that's fine.6 -

It's not going to work like dungeon queue. If you could just que up for vet trial, accept and get random 11 players that you had no control over, it would be a total mess.

Also thought it was interesting that they chose to play through the dungeon with a necromancer and templar -- the 2 classes that players have been most vocal about recently. Hopefully that's them dropping a hint that improvements are coming, and not them saying "What are you all talking about?! See?! These classes are right as rain!"
Eagerly awaiting monday's patch notes...

✭Class sets look awful, way to kill the hype of Endless Archive. DKs looking good once again, Warden, Arcanist and NB are interesting for healers and rest just sound like pure trash. Underwhelming rewards will only result in rapid loss of interest.
Jewel crafting change doesn't surprise me. Group finder is something that most MMOs tend to utilise nowadays, nice that ESO finally caught on, I can see it being a great addition to the game.4 -

Jewelry change: It will be a buyer's market for awhile, sellers and farmers are going to make a LOT less gold, and it will take awhile for guild store bids to adjust for the radical change. This should've been done when Summerset released instead of creating a pillar of the economy just to destroy it later. Sometimes better late than never isn't the greatest outcome. Not for everyone, anyway.
Improved Group Finder: Now this qualifies for better late than never, but honestly, it is REALLY tardy showing up.
Endless Archive: Never liked arenas (in any game, not ESO's in particular), but the class sets are what concern me. As evidenced with the new CP system (Riding Speed and Fall Damage were reduced/increased only to build them back in with CP), when new power is given, old power is diminished to compensate, for we cannot have power creep!! The class sets in general aren't very good, and won't upset the meta terribly much.
Other than I think it's possible some groups may try a dk ult generation healer, nb will be gone, warden will stay, and you'll have an arc mt and a necro ot.

To be a bit more serious, the jewelry crafting is a nice change as will the crafting stations, the endless dungeon will be cool for a bit, but I can see it becoming tedious fairly quickly.

ÆxiledSoul ShrivenGroup FinderBased on previous experiences I tend to believe that the group finder will bring in many interested players that might stay longer than just a month after a new dlc, maybe that way we'll get back to a point at which the community wasn't that split up.
Aside of that the other additions are amazing as well, I can't exactly name which is my favorite as all of them will bring this game forward. Great update!1 -
