I bugged out and have been stuck as a goat for the entire dungeon. I can cast skils and play as normal. Now I just want a goat polymorph.

you get transformed into a goat during the first boss fight temporarily so it's just a bug.
those creatures like goats don't use the player character's skeleton so i doubt it would ever happen
