Every run will be different
Rewards - sets, stuff to help you on your dungeon runs, and more!
Leaderboard content
No difference in difficulty between solo and duo runs
As you kill bosses, you can choose verses and visions, which are essentially buffs. Verses last for one cycle, and visions last for your entire run. They stack.
Can enter the archive at any level.
Daily quest - sounds like it's not too difficult to do the content required to complete.
New deck for ToT - can get fragments here (not sure if this is the only place)
Vendor appears at the end of each stage
Each time you die you lose a thread of fate. Didn't catch how many you have before your run ends (probably 3?) - if you're duo, you both have to die to lose a thread of fate. Duo includes one player + companion.
Some new bosses
Can pick up other quests inside the archive

Any existing grains will automatically be converted to plates. Entire system has been examined to make sure it's in line, including master writs.
Group finder - all groups, including trials, PvP, dungeons, endless archive, custom. Whatever you want.0 -

They showed the new group finder and it had options for every activity including Trials, Arenas, and Overland.

Yes. I actually have, it's quite a place! I just didn't think it would wind up a freebie. Works for me though! And the way to get to 100% is different, almost anything in the chapter area, including questing, so it's good I haven't started the chapter quests yet!

Well, I don't know about bad, but the only one I was really interested in (warden) does NOT appeal to me. I don't have any interest in running healers, and that's all it seems to address. Ditto arcanist.

the nightblade one is terrible. using ult to buff siphoning skills instead of using your ult which buffs everything?
the sorc one looks like only 1 sorc per group can run it
templar takes forever to build to 50 stacks for 10 seconds of buff so it procs once a minute at best and for 50 seconds i gives you sustain.
Healer Sets
warden is bad pillagers
arcanist might be ok?
Tank Sets
the DK one has bad 2/3 set bonuses or is a selfish tank set
selfish necro tank set.
good tanks rarely run selfish sets.1 -

I didn’t take note of the stats but I have some concern about the viability of any set that only boosts class skills. For me personally, most of my characters run at least half of their skills as weapon or other non-class skills. But even aside from that I think it’s doomed to be niche no matter what the stats are, because even if the bonus is awesome - if it’s, for example, a tank set and the only character I have of that class is not a tank, I won’t use it and I can’t just shuffle it over to a character who is a tank.
If we assume an even distribution of classes among all characters and an even distribution of roles within each class - so 1/7 of all characters are Sorcerers, 1/7 are DKs, Nightblades etc., and a third of each class are tanks, DPS, and healers - then less than 5% of all total characters can use a given set. I do acknowledge the real proportions are probably different, but I think this illustrates the problem.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

Yep. I never run tanks or healers. So none of the class sets are anything I have any interest in. And of course there's the issue that I'm not going to run the Endless thing - because my mega ping is not going to work well with that.

Just to clarify:
There will be four types of master stations and four types of attuned stations-- blacksmithing, clothing, woodworking, and jewelry. (It sounded like you might have been saying there will be one master station which will consume all four types of attunable stations.)
We'll be able to buy the new master stations with writ vouchers.

I could be wrong (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am!) but I think grain drop rates are comparable to tempers from other crafts now so it shouldn't make any difference as anything you get now will be converted anyway.
The only thing to avoid is using platings before the update as it'll be way more expensive.
I'm just waiting to hear if existing master writs will stay unchanged so we can do them after the update. They didn't improve existing once when they were changed before so if would be a bit mean if they change them this time but... /shrugPS4 EU0 -
