City of Ash Glitch

I was trying to solo City of Ash I, and it tells me to ask for help from the Bosmer Archer, I had the Healer, but she either died or vanished, and I went back to get the archer guy, and he was there fighting the flame boss with a bunch of other NPC's and when I beat it, the arrow is still there directing me to where he should be, but he is nowhere to be found.

✭✭✭✭✭which flame boss (only asking because everything in city of ash is a "flame boss" lol)
the npc that can help you only sticks around until you get to the fire atro boss (so they only help with the infernal guardian and the one on the other side that does those big fire circles, and that barely-a-boss guy going up to him)plays PC/NA
