I have Solved Dealing with Fake Tanks for me Personally.

What works best for me to personally to deal with Fake Tanks. I Q now as a DPS. I do not care about the wait. My DPS is End Game so i can get my groups thru all content. So if we run into a fake tank thanks to the ESO Armory i just Switch to my Main Tank and Problem Solved. Now i know everyone does not have end game Tanks or DPS but i find using the Q as a DPS it Helps other members because if Tank Quits or sucks yeah the Group DPS may be lower sometimes but at least i can Bail the group out and we finish the content, and no one gets screwed. Always nice when Healer can do some dps as well.! Enjoy the Undaunted!!!!

✭Which requires both:
1. Able to do good dps
2. Have a tank setup and know how to play
Maybe instead of asking people who already fulfill 1 role to do more, ask the fake tank and fake dd to step up3 -
