We are currently investigating issues some players are having on the North American Xbox megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.

I'm not getting event tickets.

Yesterday (1/22) I got my event tickets for Sommerset and Vaardenfeld. Played today (at 1800 CDT) and played the delve quest in Sommerset but did not get tickets. Then played the delve quest in Vaardenfeld but, again, did not get an event ticket. I have 7 tickets out of the 12 max allowed.

I looked up the reset time for dailies reset time and all say 0200 CST (0600 UST). Any idea why I am not getting my tickets??

    Do you already have 12 tickets?

    Once you have the maximum, you wont get any until you spend some.

    Submit a Ticket, that sounds like a bug.

    If by CDT you mean central daylight time, the server resets at 1:00am CDT. However, I suspect you may have gotten the tickets after the previous reset and would not get them again until after the next reset. I can not think of anywhere the is actually in CDT at this time, which you would have to correct the above to Central Standard Time.

    Well I had 9 event tickets. Completed Spindleclutch 1 this morning, looted everything and still have 9 event tickets.
    A statement under news states... "...you will be granted subsequent opportunities to loot your daily Event Tickets from other sources" But what sources? Didn't get any off Maj al-Ragath or Bolgrul. :(

    And I know this thread is over 6 months old so you can close it. lol

    Event tickets drop from the final Group Dungeon boss. If you go over the limit, there is a failsafe for you to get the remaining tickets the next time you loot the boss.

    Why do people go digging in the deep, old pages of the forum list to post?
    Threads this old and older are going to be WAY back there, so why bother?
    Just make a new thread like they tell you to do.

      Right. And the purpose of that is to find an active thread on a topic.
      Not a years-old thread.
      They always close revived threads such as this one and tell us it is preferable to create a new thread than post in a long-inactive one.

        We have closed this topic as it was originally created in January 2022. In many cases, it's better to create a new thread on a topic that you want to discuss as opposed to bumping one that is rather old.
