Can't speak in guild slot 1

It's a throwaway guild ( used for random items I don't need ) My old account owns the guild and my current account has the highest rank I can get but when ever I tried to use the guild chat as a notepad of such nothing shows up, I can speak in every other guild and zone etc it's just this one guild

I'm on PC/EU if that makes a difference

    Check your chat settings and make sure that the tab you're on has guild 1 on.
