I don't like light emissive weapon and apparel

Well...each people have their own preference. Just wear your favorite style.

Personally, I don't like light emissive weapon and apparel. But most of
cosmetic weapon model just like above are too much decorative.
I prefer more realistic material armor and weapon. (Not bucket helmet though)
I also don't like some "winged" armor.

I don't want to wear those things especially in PVP zone.
It looks like something "sign" to reveal your location in the war field.

you don't see people on your map in imperial city and cyrodiil so none of these things reveal your location. it's as visible from far away as most other gear.

though i would like an option to not see weapon effects if you simply dont want to wear them, don't wear them

and you're playing a fantasy game so please don't expect a lot of realism

I can see how it's frustrating if you (general you) like the base design of an arms pack weapon but not its effect.

I really like the design of the Kargaeda staff for one of my characters, but thankfully I also like the light effect in this instance. If I didn't, I wouldn't have bought it, and would've been bummed because of missing out on the nice staff design.

I love effects, but this one is a bit too bright white glow for me. I can hardly see the design of the weapons because of the ambient glow! Tone it down, and I'll get it!

I find the game's direction toward neon glowing exploding cartoon colors and effects to be distasteful and irritatingly obtrusive/hard to ignore.

I like weapon effects because when you're healing, it's super helpful to have very visually distinct staves so you can easily tell what bar you're on when there's a lot going on

I like anything in the game that is brightly colored, glowing, shiny, and sparkling. Each time I see that stuff in the shop; I must have it.

Yea just like this. I prefer little...bit more fictional design than this.

The glow is nice because it overrides enchants. I do think that the lights have gotten extreme though. The bow in the arms pack is just sad.
