Nice Gal looking for a Guild

Hello! I am having a hard time digging through the plethora of recruitment notices finding a guild that would basically make my heart sing, LOL. In a nutshell I am a mature player looking for a AD based guild. I do have a few "ideals" that I am looking for but none of these are set in stone:

A group comprised largely of "older" players i.e. over 30
People from all walks of life, open minded etc and so on
Family friendly guilds are fine and I have had good experiences with guilds with this attitude in the forefront
A decent size guild probably of at least 100 or more
Would prefer one with an active forum for communication
A good mix of an emphasis on both PVE and PVP content
No rules limiting my choice to explore other alliances. I do want my primary guild to be AD based but i still have friends in another EP based guild I would like to socially quest with from time to time. I have no issue in agreeing to not choose the AD guild's PVP campaign for any other alliance toon.
Last but not least - North American based

I first read your post as "Nice Looking Gal for a Guild" and thought.....now that's game dedication.

Apologies, my mind was corrupted somewhere during my life.
