in cold harbor library can't speak to raynor

logged out and back in. logged out removed my addons directory to ssomeplace else logged back in still cant speak to raynor. i must be dense?

✭✭As far as I remember, you will encounter three versions of Raynor. Two are Daedric imposters, once does not speak, them other says 'no i'm not' and attacks the player.Your immersion is breaking my entitlement. Buff Sorc's.
