Also you will probably get notified to remove the video because you did not blur the name of the player in question.
its not a cheat. It might be a bug, but they're not unkillable. Its like health desync. Ive seen it on PC, and i killed the player. But it feels bad not knowing how much health they have left.
You guys are mistaken, this is just health desync. Their health is visually not displaying it's true value, and is higher than it appears to be, which is why they frequently sit on 0% hp without dying. Something on arcanist is commonly causing this visual HP desync, but rest assured this isn't a hack, cheat, or exploit and this player very likely cannot tell what their exact HP is either.

No, it’s not. As I said above this is a 100% repeatable, exploitable bug. Videos on how to make it happen have been send to Zeni.
A lot of us have been around for a long time, we know what desync looks like, and this is something else. And so research was done to find out what that “something” is, and the exploitable bug was found.
People who are insisting that this is lag or health desync at this point are people I assume are abusing this bug.

I don't even have the DLC to make an arcanist. I've killed the player in this video while he was health desynced in this exact manner. It's health desync.
