There appears to be a cluster of mushrooms over there that has the signature green glow of environment based antiquity leads and museum pieces. I walked along the entire outline of the invisible wall surrounding the Sailenmora Outpost. This item is within the boundary and there is no way to reach it.

how does an invisible wall get moved unintentionally? could it be that whatever was done to make the rock in Western Skyrim stop floating all moved around a bunch of other stuff?
