Very succinct answer: ground placed aoe dots will apply enchants. As there are no ground damage abilities resto staff enchants only proc on lights and heavies.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I have never seen a weapon glyph proc on anything but damage to enemies. Resto light and heavy damage enemies. None of the skills do damage.5 -
