Cant get to Customer selection screen

I have not been able to get into eso since the recent update . it times out or says to check my internet connection. I never make it to the customer selection screen. What can i do to get back in? I have already run a repair on game and restarted steam.

✭Can't access the customer support screen in the game..there is also a customer support website.
