Larcenist achievement in Fargrave

So we have new larcenist achievements after update 39 in all chapters and DLC's. But not in Fargrave (The Deadlands DLC). Why? Are daedra not interested in stolen goods?

    until just now, I totally forgot that Fargrave even had an outlaws refuge....

    It will most likely be fixed by U40's launch, as Gina mentioned:
