Trying to purchase from furnishing tab again, what am I doing wrong? Is it bugged?

I'm so utterly confused. I purchased a few skeletons from the purchase tab a few days ago. Wanted to buy one more, however, they seem to no longer exist?? Am I misremembering something, did I not buy them from this tab? (I'm old-ish) 
Doing something wrong?
