Vateshran Dual wield set needs a buff

With the very high mobility bosses, this set's proc condition is very hard to maintain.
My suggestion would be to remove the condition where Hidden blades does increased damage from behind, and just have it be increased damage against monsters.
Its power is already very limited in most forms of content.
