Necron main quest bug; Hidden Fate; Reach the eye of Mora; Portal to Infinite Panopticon.

Quest: Hidden Fate
Step: Reach the Eye of Mora
Bug: if you fall off, you get teleported back to a previous area but will be unable to re-enter the infinite panopticon portal because the interact button will be grayed out.
Additional: tried zoning, dying, relogging.
Result: cannot continue with main Necron storyline and had to abandon ques; very annoying.

The game has crashed twice on me at the point of using the portal to reach the Eye of Mora. Logging back into the game puts me outside the Infinite Panopticon and I have to do all the stages again up to the Eye portal. I have not fallen off any platforms, though at least once I did jump down from one platform to the one below to interact with a crystal.0
