Ok, I found it. For whatever reason, it was still stuck in Necrom, not moved to the Character -> Class section, until I have relogged on an Arcanist (I only logged in on my main, DK, up to this point after the update).
There seems to be another missing (or possibly misplaced?) achievement though -- there doesn't seem to be a Deadlands/Fargrave Larcenist achievement. They exist only for:
Orsinium
Dark Brotherhood
CWC
Murkmire
Dragonhold
Markarth
Firesong
Morrowind
Summerset
Elsweyr
Greymoor
Blackwood
High Isle
and Necrom.0
